Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track progress and milestones, monitor daily team tasks, and prepare weekly status reports for clients and offshore management.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Successfully manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure project continuity.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Manage billing, cost tracking, and project effort estimation.

Process Improvement

• Implement and manage ISO/CMMI quality processes throughout all SDLC phases.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Technical Leadership

• Proven ability to perform hands-on technical work, including design, coding, and technical reviews, when needed.
• Lead technical projects and teams effectively, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Provide guidance on implementing technologies like IoT, AI, and Machine Learning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal resources, clients, and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Core Java Technologies, including Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and JSF.
• Project Execution: Experience in SDLC, Agile development methodologies, and managing medium-sized projects end-to-end.
• Quality Processes: Hands-on experience with ISO/CMMI processes during SDLC.
• Leadership Skills: Proven management and leadership abilities.
• Japanese Language: Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) with at least N2 level certification is mandatory.

Secondary Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in managing Agile Development Projects.
• Knowledge of the automobile domain.
• Expertise in OOPS concepts, JavaScript, and strong RDBMS skills (SQL, MySQL).
• In-depth knowledge of database security and enterprise systems architecture.
