Responsibilities

  • Develop India-focused sales strategies.
  • Drive sales plan execution to achieve targets.
  • Generate leads in India via various channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key India customers/partners.
  • Understand customer needs and position products/services effectively.
  • Analyze India market trends and competitor activity.
  • Track sales performance metrics and management report.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with policies and regulations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify/create business opportunities in industry verticals.
  • Promote company products/services to meet client objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts.
  • Maintain sales records.
  • Understand client requirements and create proposals.
  • Make calls, conduct product demonstrations, and convert leads.
  • Articulate service offerings and qualify prospects.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
  • Explore new business with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Update the company on online marketing trends.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a business development manager/sales executive.
  • International work experience in US/Middle East/APAC is a plus.
  • Experience in IOT/Manufacturing/Finance domains preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in high-level negotiations.
  • Customer support experience.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
