Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales within a defined territory or market segment. This role requires a strong understanding of our software solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with potential clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactive lead identification & qualification (various channels).
  • Researching and understanding client needs.
  • Maintaining CRM records of sales activities.
  • Conducting engaging product demos/presentations (phone, video, online).
  • Developing and delivering compelling proposals/quotes.
  • Effective sales pipeline management for maximum conversion.
  • Negotiating and closing deals (adhering to pricing/terms).
  • Achieving/exceeding sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Providing exceptional customer service/support throughout.
  • Promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining thorough software/competitive knowledge.
  • Staying updated on industry trends/best practices.
  • Providing client needs/market insights to product development.
  • Tracking and reporting sales activities/performance.
  • Analyzing sales data for improvement opportunities.
  • Providing regular progress/challenge updates to the sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the software industry. 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.    
  • Knowledge of SaaS products is a plus.
