SAP Project Manager (Bilingual Japanese and English)
Experience Range: Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP, with a proven track record in project management within the automotive industry with warranty management system. Should be able to lead of 5-10 team members. Strong Japanese Client facing skill is required so specific experience in managing SAP projects with Japanese client is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management : Lead SAP implementation projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Business Process Analysis : Analyse, document, and optimize business processes to align with SAP functionalities.
- Requirement Gathering : Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement SAP-based solutions that align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Data Analysis: analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in business processes.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives associated with SAP implementations.
Other Experience Required:
- Proven experience in SAP implementation projects, with a focus on automotive industry solutions. Ideally should have worked in warranty process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deep understanding of automotive business processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to project management.
- Experience working on Japanese and also on international projects.
- Willingness to stay long-term in Japan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese
