Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and more) to achieve lead-generation goals.
- Monitor ROI and ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Achieve a minimum ROI of 150% on digital campaigns.
Content & SEO
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content (blogs, case studies, social media posts, thought-leadership content).
- Optimize website pages and landing pages for SEO to improve search rankings and inbound traffic.
- Increase organic traffic by 20% within the first 6 months.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Manage and track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as:
- Lead generation: 50 new leads per quarter.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): percentage of people who click on our ads after seeing them (target: 9%).
- Conversions: 30% conversion rate on lead generation campaigns.
- Engagement: 500 social media engagements (likes, comments, shares) per month.
Social Media & Branding
- Drive engagement and visibility on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and industry forums.
- Support brand campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications.
- Increase social media followers by 30% within the first 3 months.
Marketing Automation
- Assist in setting up and managing marketing automation workflows (email campaigns, drip campaigns).
- Nurture leads through the funnel with relevant messaging.
- Achieve an email open rate of 25% and a click-through rate of 6% on automated campaigns.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot.
- Experience with testing and optimizing digital campaigns (e.g., trying different ad versions to see what works best).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
