Job Summary

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer – Automation Testing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated
test strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely
with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.


Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools
• Participate in requirement analysis and test planning
• Ensure test coverage and quality metrics are met
• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct performance and load testing (preferred)
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive best practices


Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing, with strong focus on automation
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright,
or similar
• Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Good to Have
• Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
• Experience in security testing

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
